Ervin Kos, Director of World Of Thought was commisioned to create interactive lighting effects to simulate light being emmited from the digital flames. High power OSRAM & LUXEON LED's were used as a light source. Custom designed control circuits simulated the movement of the flickering flames. Luxeon LEDS were used on the Hell Bikes of which 7 were made including 1 which was designed so the lights would be functional underwater. Over 120 Watts of LED was used on each Hell Bike.
In addition to the interactive lighting various working props were also manufactured by World Of Thought including the Speed Gun and the Hurricane Lantern. Custom microprocessor circuits were used which could easily be reprogrammed on set.
